Marcio Kogan, a Brazilian architect, is the founder and professor of the studiomk27 team, a São Paulo studio with almost forty years of experience in the world of architecture and design.

Kogan, architect graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of Mackenzie Presbyterian University, is an honorary member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the council of the Art Museum of São Paulo and professor of the Escola da Cidade, of the Polytechnic of Milan. It is considered as one of the 100 Brazilian personalities with the most influence worldwide.

Francesc Macià 10 has been designed and structured by Marcio Kogan and all his team of interior designers and architects to offer a luxury experience like that of the most important five-star hotels in the world, all in a private and residential environment.

The building has ten floors in total, with seven full houses of 600 square meters and a two-story overlay of 900 square meters with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, kitchen and spectacular views of the city.
